The first Ooni cookbook is here! The Ooni founders and authors of the book Darina Garland and Kristian Tapaninaho tell their story and offer great recipes and ideas for optimal outdoor cooking. Whether in your own garden, on the beach or at the campsite: this book takes you by the hand and shows you how to cook the best dishes with Ooni pizza ovens anytime and anywhere. The dishes are inspired by the time when the founding duo lived and worked in Finland, London and Scotland.

Of course, in all 4 chapters, the heart of the matter is not lost sight of: pizza.
In the first chapter, you will learn all the essential basics, tips and tricks for baking the best pizza. Then it's on to Finland, where fresh fish, vegetables from the garden and home-baked bread play a central role. The journey then continues to London - the birthplace of Ooni. This chapter is inspired by London street food and offers new ideas for cooking with an Ooni pizza oven. Finally, the book ends with a chapter on Scotland, where Ooni's current headquarters are located. It presents dishes that are influenced by the Scottish mountain and coastal landscapes.
