The Post Vinum Appassimento Puglia IGP is a full-bodied red wine from southern Italy that uses the traditional appassimento method, in which the grapes are dried before processing. This creates an intense aroma that makes the wine particularly powerful and full of character.

The Appassimento has a deep ruby red color in the glass. Dark berries, cherries and plums unfold on the nose, accompanied by spicy nuances and a hint of chocolate. On the palate, it impresses with its harmonious balance of fruity sweetness, fullness and soft tannins.
