Plank made from natural red cedar wood. Brings a fine wood aroma to the food, it is cooked gently and remains juicy. Also ideal for larger grilled food such as salmon (dimensions: 40 x 19.5 cm). Can also be used several times due to the wood thickness of 1.2 cm.
