Burger press PRO from Rösle
Stainless steel burger press, consisting of punch and ring. For quick and easy shaping of patties (100 - 300 g). Ring diameter 11 cm, ring height approx. 6 cm. Patties suitable for standard and XL burger buns. Easy to clean.
Handling:Use a kitchen scale to portion the minced meat to the desired patty weight in advance (e.g. 200 g each). Now shape into a ball and place on baking paper, for example, at a distance of approx. 13 - 15 cm from each other. Now place the ring in the middle of the minced meat ball and form the patties one after the other on the baking paper using the punch of the burger press. Using a turner, these can then be easily and conveniently placed on the grill or in the pan.
