The grill plate for all Rösle Videro models from model year 2021 onwards offers numerous possibilities to get the best out of your grilled dishes. Thanks to its versatility, it is an indispensable companion for all lovers of quick-fried dishes. Made from enameled cast iron, it combines robustness and optimum heat conductivity for outstanding grilling results.
This grill plate is characterized by its special texture, which makes it ideal for all types of grilled food. It creates a wonderful branding on the food, just the way you want it.
A remarkable feature of this grill plate is that it can be used on both sides. One side has smooth surfaces, perfect for preparing small grilled pieces such as prawns, burgers, medallions or vegetables. Even heat distribution ensures optimum grilling results and prevents food from sticking.
The other side of the grill plate is ribbed and creates the characteristic diamond pattern on pieces of meat. It is particularly suitable for fatty meats such as duck breast, belly meat or juicy steaks.
