Schaui's honey mustard sauce is a classic accompaniment to smoked salmon! But don't let that stop you from trying the sauce with wild boar sausage or poultry.

A special tip from Schaui's: If the salad dressing doesn't work, simply mix two spoons of mild vinegar, two spoons of olive oil and two spoons of the honey mustard sauce and mix with the salad.
