Poultry meat is generally rather lean and is therefore particularly suitable for marinating.
Important: Poultry meat should only be eaten well done! Our BBQ Chicken mixture has a slight hint of the south of France with sage, rosemary and orange.

Application:
Mix the spice with double the amount of oil, coat the poultry with it and leave to marinate for a few hours. This marinade can be refined by adding a little honey or soy sauce.
