Bell pepper, onion and tomato relish (burger relish)
Spicy, slightly hot tomato sauce with pieces of bell pepper, onion and tomato and pureed red chili peppers. The relish is particularly suitable for grilled meat and fish, but can also be served with pasta or simply as a dip.
This burger relish is of course perfect on your delicious burger. However, it can also be used in many other ways. Serve it with cold white wine, crispy potatoes and a nice salad with your grilled fish and you'll feel like you're on vacation!
