The 12.5 cm blade is made from original Japanese Damascus steel with 67 layers of steel, a VG-10 steel core and a hardness of 60+-2HRC. These layers of steel have been wound several times, making the structure of the different layers unique to each knife in the Zayiko collection.

The handle is made of fine pakkawood and stands for timeless elegance. Zayiko damask knives combine traditional craftsmanship with modern Asian blacksmithing.
