The special taste of "Blackbeard's Sweet with Heat" is due to the high-quality brown rum and brown cane sugar. The spice is provided by eight fine spices and herbs, some of which are gently roasted and ground. The freshly squeezed limes give us the fruity note that rounds off the sweet and spicy sauce perfectly.

Our sweet and spicy sauce "Blackbeard's Sweet with Heat" is the third sauce from Santiago's magic box. Santiago was inspired by his short stays in Brazil and Jamaica as a teenager - and of course by the unique Caribbean rum, which can work wonders in the kitchen.
