Blackbeard's Sweet with Heat is refined with brown rum, freshly squeezed limes and other high-quality ingredients. Enjoy the sweet and spicy Caribbean sauce with spare ribs, sandwiches, burgers, poultry and pork.
Fancy a sweet and spicy sauce with Caribbean flair? With "Blackbeard's Sweet with Heat", ZOOZE brings a touch of the Caribbean to your plate. It's possible! The combination of brown rum, freshly squeezed limes and brown cane sugar does not necessarily have to be limited to the cocktail in your favorite bar.
The special taste of "Blackbeard's Sweet with Heat" is due to the high-quality brown rum and brown cane sugar. The spice is provided by eight fine spices and herbs, some of which are gently roasted and ground. The freshly squeezed limes give us the fruity note that rounds off the sweet and spicy sauce perfectly.
Our sweet and spicy sauce "Blackbeard's Sweet with Heat" is the third sauce from Santiago's magic box. Santiago was inspired by his short stays in Brazil and Jamaica as a teenager - and of course by the unique Caribbean rum, which can work wonders in the kitchen. Our sweet and spicy sauce combines the traditions of Creole and Caribbean cuisine and makes the hearts of gourmets beat faster.

Sweet and spicy with a slightly fruity note (lime). There is also a subtle cinnamon nuance.
Application
Use the sweet and spicy sauce "Blackbeard's Sweet with Heat" on sandwiches, burgers, sausages, ham, spare ribs, vegetarian dishes and poultry.
We particularly recommend this sauce for glazing spare ribs and other meat dishes just before removing them from the oven (or grill). Let your creativity run wild and try the sweet and spicy sauce with other dishes too.
