Our Herbs de Provence is a must in every kitchen. This classic from Provence is a real treasure when it comes to giving your dishes that certain something. The blend from ZOOZE is put together by hand and contains a collection of Mediterranean herbs, which are naturally complemented by the finest lavender flowers. The latter give the world-famous herbal blend that certain something. Other ingredients include fennel, savory, rosemary, thyme, oregano, basil, marjoram, parsley, tarragon and, of course, bay leaves.

The smell and taste are reminiscent of a sunny excursion into the green countryside. This is exactly how God must feel in France!

Application

You can use our Herbs de Provence in many different ways. Use our Mediterranean herb blend in marinades, oils and salad dressings. It also tastes perfect with fish and meat dishes such as poultry and stews. Of course, Herbs de Provence also go well with vegetarian dishes such as vegetable stir-fries, potato casseroles, sweet potato casseroles and so on. Creamy pasta sauces and herbed yogurts as well as scrambled eggs and dips are another particularly good application.

Our special tip: Use our Herbs de Provence with cheese! Either as a seasoning for cold cheese platters or with hot cheese dishes such as fondue or baked goat's cheese.
