The sweet and spicy "Kölsch BBQ Sauce" is the first Beer BBQ Sauce with real Kölsch beer and our homage to the most beautiful city in the world! It goes wonderfully with spare ribs, chicken, pork, fish, French fries, sausages, ham and as an alternative to currywurst sauce.
It was a given that this would happen! A Cologne sauce manufacturer would experiment with Kölsch at some point - that's as certain as the Amen in church or the Kölle Alaaf at carnival. All in the name of research, of course! The result is the Kölsch BBQ sauce! The sauce has a seductive sweet and spicy taste. The freshly pressed garlic, the red onions and the spice mix created especially for the sauce give the Kölsch BBQ Sauce just the right amount of spice! But the best is saved for last: a load of Kölsch beer from a traditional Cologne brewery!
The Kölsch BBQ Sauce is therefore the first "Beer BBQ Sauce" with real Kölsch and at the same time our homage to the most beautiful city in the world. Let's toast to it ... ehm we meant barbecue ... or both! The "pitch-black" masterpiece goes wonderfully with sausages, chips, chicken, pork, sandwiches, burgers and many other delicacies. Also cuts a fine figure as a glaze for chicken wings and spare ribs!
