Our Zayiko damascus knives are among the sharpest knife series in the world. As a light, flexible knife for pressure cutting, the Santoku knife from the Zayiko Nussbaum series is the favorite of many chefs. Its name (San = three, Toku = virtues) is an allusion to its perfect properties for cutting meat, fish and vegetables.

This extra-sharp Santoku Damascus knife combines a timeless, elegant design with selected materials such as high-quality Damascus steel. The result is a unique knife that you can always rely on in everyday use.
