The Rösle Videro gas grill series is known for its high performance and grills in the series reach temperatures of up to 350°C, which gives you the option of slow cooking at low temperatures as well as searing at high heat. In addition, some Rösle Videro models are equipped with a prime zone, which reaches even higher temperatures of up to 800°C. We would recommend a grill from the Videro series with at least four burners, as grills with three burners usually get less hot.
