The Grillgoods FREE barbecue assembly incl. delivery* Free barbecue delivery by forwarding agent, without exception. We always deliver every barbecue free of charge (delivery to kerbside). Simply order online or request delivery by a forwarding agent in the store.

We can also deliver the barbecue assembled on request. Please note the following:

*Valid for any barbecue that is NOT reduced. Excluding grills and modules of the brand "Otto Wilde" and "Flammkraft". Valid within a radius of 15km (driving distance) from the grill store. Further journeys (by arrangement only) will be charged at the service technician's hourly rate and at a flat rate per kilometer.

Reduced grills/modules can be assembled and delivered for a fee of 149€ per grill/module. This delivery also takes place within a radius of up to 15 km (driving distance). Longer distances (by arrangement only) will be charged extra according to the hourly rate and kilometer flat rate.

On site, the already assembled barbecue will be brought to the desired parking space (if the conditions are met), IF the route is suitable. The doors and gates must allow the width of the barbecue + >2cm clearance. The ground must be passable. Steps must be agreed in advance. Obstacles that have not been agreed or removed will result in immediate termination of the delivery. Further transportation from the obstacle point is the responsibility of the purchaser. Our part of the purchase contract is then deemed to have been fulfilled. Withdrawal for these reasons is not possible. An exchange within the scope of the 14-day right of return can only be made against a reduction in value of the already assembled grill/module. The customer is responsible for the return shipment.

On arrival at the place of delivery, the barbecue will be set up (in accordance with the rules) at the location requested by the customer.

The service technician is not permitted to connect the gas cylinder or a connection to natural gas or electricity for insurance reasons. We take our service philosophy very seriously. We provide a brief explanation of the appliance and how to use it safely (instruction). We will be happy to answer any questions within the delivery time frame. If the delivery time is extended due to lengthy questions and requests from the customer, the working time of the service technicians will be charged at the hourly rate.

Damage, such as scratches and the like on the grill/module, which go beyond the expected traces caused by assembly or during delivery will be replaced. Expected scratches and similar during assembly and delivery, as well as due to difficult conditions at the place of delivery, will not be replaced.

Cannot be combined with other promotions. The application of discount promotions leads to the exclusion of free assembly and delivery. We are of course still happy to assemble reduced grills/modules or grills in a savings bundle for our customers in return for the fee of 149€ per grill/module.

Bundles can only be returned in full and within the 14-day right of return. The price paid for the bundle refers to the entire set; included accessories are considered free gifts and can therefore not be returned individually or for a refund.
