The Echelon 1060i has a particularly elegant look thanks to the seamless control panel with a matt brushed finish. For maximum safety and ease of use, the polished, fully illuminated Comfort Touch control knobs are positioned at a 40 degree angle and have a special comfort grip.

Both the burners and the rotisserie backburner are started quickly and reliably using an electronic push-button control. A 240-volt power connection is required for the ignition and on-board electronics.

The Echelon 1060i is equipped with 3 rustproof 6.35 mm thick cast stainless steel gas burners which, thanks to their shape, guarantee particularly even heat distribution and achieve a total output of 33 kW. Each burner is individually and continuously adjustable. The two vertically mounted infrared Quantum back burners made of stainless steel foam impress with an output of 3.22 kW each and enable you to roast delicious spit roasts and poultry evenly and crispy. All stainless steel burners come with a lifetime guarantee.

Fire Magic gas barbecues are equipped with the special Diamond Sear grill grates, which have a unique trapezoidal shape and thus form an optimum grilling surface with particularly even heat distribution. On the extremely large grilling surface of 6813 cm² (122 x 56 cm), you can effortlessly prepare a wide variety of dishes at the same time.

The 16 aroma grids located between the burners and the grill grate reduce flaring fat splashes. Dripping meat juices evaporate quickly and release delicious aromas directly back into your food. With the Fire Magic heat zone dividers, the cooking chamber can be divided into different temperature zones to cook food independently of each other.

The viewing window integrated in the lid allows you to keep an eye on your food at all times. In the evening or at night, the angled halogen interior lighting really sets the scene for your food. This turns an evening barbecue into an atmospheric pleasure in a wonderful ambience. The digital thermometer integrated in the lid includes a meat probe and a timer alarm function for precise grilling and is also equipped with a lighting function. The double-walled, smooth grill hood keeps the heat particularly well in the cooking chamber. The rounded shape enables optimum air circulation in the cooking chamber to heat food evenly from all sides.
