Fabriquée en fonte émaillée , elle offre une excellente rétention de la chaleur , un revêtement antiadhésif pour une cuisson allégée et un support stable à trois points sur votre BOWL 70.
Grâce à sa conception encastrée avec rebord périphérique, tout reste sur la plancha : rien ne coule, rien ne tombe dans le feu. Légumes, viande ou fruits de mer : la plaque semi-circulaire en fonte permet une grande variété de préparations et peut être combinée avec une grille ou une seconde plancha si besoin, pour une flexibilité maximale en cuisine extérieure.
