Grille de barbecue Petromax pro-ft
La grille de cuisson fait partie des quatre produits de la gamme Pro-FT et s'y associe parfaitement, vous permettant ainsi d'explorer une grande variété de modes de cuisson. Vous pouvez également la transporter et la ranger dans une cocotte Petromax à partir de la taille FT6.
À utiliser avec le support de couvercle de casserole pro-ft comme gril
Fixez la grille du barbecue dans le support de couvercle Pro-FT à la place du couvercle d'une cocotte et retournez l'ensemble. Installez ensuite le bac à charbon Pro-FT en dessous à la hauteur souhaitée et vous êtes prêt à griller.
À utiliser avec le support de couvercle de pot à feu pro-ft et le plateau à charbon pro-ft comme fumoir
Il suffit de fixer la grille au support de couvercle pro-ft comme pour une cuisson au barbecue, puis d'ajouter des copeaux et des briquettes de fumage dans le bac à charbon pro-ft. Positionnez ensuite le bac à charbon pro-ft en dessous à la hauteur souhaitée et placez une cocotte en fonte par-dessus pour le fumage.
À utiliser avec les marmites à feu comme insert pour la cuisson à la vapeur ou au four.
Placez la grille dans une casserole de 1,5 m ou plus pour la cuisson à la vapeur et au four – sans aucun contact entre les aliments et le fond de la casserole.
